David Woollard HR Consulting (DWHRC) Ltd has been in existence since 2002, is headed by Managing Director David Woollard and is based in Bucklesham, just outside Ipswich. Prior to setting up DWHRC, David had various learning and development and HR management roles, which included a national charity, two NHS trusts, two manufacturing/engineering companies and a local authority.

David is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and an affiliate member of both the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP). He also has a Masters Degree in Training and Development from the University of Sheffield. He is qualified to level B Plus with the British Psychological Society in Psychometric Assessment and specific qualifications to use instruments such as OPQ32, 16PF5, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Hogan Development Survey (an assessment of the dark side of personality), Strengthscope, and the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ:M).

Our approach is based on thorough analysis of the situation, using a range of diagnostic tools and approaches. Thus, we do not jump to conclusions or make assumptions, but prefer to work with you to identify a choice of viable options, in order to best meet your needs. We employ a range of techniques, as appropriate, drawn from different disciplines including mainstream HR, business and sports psychology.

We specialize in the design and delivery of assessment and selection processes, training and development programmes, management and leadership development, teambuilding and outplacement processes.
